All users must comply with local laws regarding online conduct and copyright laws. TMPSend is intended for temporary use and is not intended for hosting files long-turm. Users must not use TMPSend's services to violate any laws which include but are not limited to copyright laws. Any violations will result in immediate deletion of the file TMPSend holds.

The uploading of copyrighted or illegal material is not allowed, this also includes the upload of virus or malicious software. Uploading of any extremest material, pornographic material and including child pornography. Uploading files of this kind will result in an immediate ban of the user, file deleted and we may report this to the proper authorities along with any logs we hold.

All users use TMPSend at their own risk. Users must understand that files uploaded on TMPSend are not private, they can be accessed by others using your unique link. TMPSend users must also understand and agree that TMPSend are not responsible for any content uploaded to the platform. TMPSend is nonetheless responsible for materials you may be exposed to and that you use TMPSend's service at your own risk.


Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the TMPSend service for any reason, without notice at any time.

- We may at any time delete content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, illegal, harmful, malicious, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
- If a user is found to be using TMPSend to host icons, smileys, buddy icons, forum avatars, forum badges, forum signature images, or any other graphic for website design. These file will be deleted.

TMPSend claims no intellectual property rights over the files uploaded by its' users.

TMPSend will review all copyright © infringement claims received and remove files found to have been upload or distributed in violation of any such laws. To make a valid claim you must provide TMPSend with the following information:
